Refund policy
Last updated 21 October 2026
The short version
Depot is sold without a refund. The moment you subscribe the tools open, so there is nothing held back to give back. Try it, read this page and look at the pricing before you buy rather than after.
Why it works that way
Depot is a digital service that starts the instant you pay. There is no delivery to wait for and nothing to return. At checkout you are asked to agree that it begins straight away, and agreeing to that is what gives up the usual 14-day right to change your mind about a digital service.
We would rather be plain about this up front than advertise a guarantee and argue about it later.
Who actually decides
Paddle is the merchant of record for Depot: they take the payment and they are the seller on your invoice. That means a refund is their decision, not ours. Their own policy also treats payments as non-refundable, and they consider requests case by case at their discretion.
So if you want to ask, ask Paddle — their details are on your invoice. Tell us too if you like; we can tell them what we know, but we cannot overrule them in either direction.
What this does not take away
Rights you have by law stay yours. If Depot is faulty, not as described, or not fit for what it is sold for, you are entitled to a remedy whatever this page says, and we will not argue about it. The same goes for anything consumer law where you live gives you that cannot be signed away.
If something is genuinely broken, tell us before you ask for your money back — there is a good chance we can simply fix it.
Renewals
A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your account, and you keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancel before the renewal date if you do not want another one. A renewal that has already been charged is treated like any other payment on this page.
If we stop
The one case where we refund without being asked: if we stop offering Depot, or end your subscription for a reason that is not your fault, you get back the part you have not used.
Before you buy
Two things worth knowing, because they are the usual reasons someone wishes they had not paid:
- Depot needs Chrome, Edge or another Chromium browser. Firefox and Safari cannot open your folders without uploading them, so they cannot run it at all.
- Files protected by FiveM asset escrow are encrypted by Cfx.re and no tool can open them — not Depot, not CodeWalker. If the pack you want to work on is protected, Depot will not help you with it.
Ask us anything at hello@klembyte.com before you subscribe. We would far rather answer a question than take money from someone Depot was never going to suit.
