Depot is made by Klembyte. There is no ticket system and no bot — mail lands with someone who can actually fix it, and we aim to answer within one business day.
Anything about Depot
A tool misbehaving, a file it would not open, something you wish it did. Send the file if you can — it is much faster than describing it.
Billing and refunds
Same address. Paddle is the seller of record and handles the money, so they can help directly too — their details are on your invoice.

- A file will not open. If it came from a paid pack it may be protected by FiveM asset escrow, which encrypts it so no tool can read it — not Depot, not CodeWalker. Depot says so when it spots one.
- Nothing happens when you pick a folder. Depot needs Chrome, Edge or another Chromium browser. Firefox and Safari have no way to open a folder without uploading it.
- You cannot sign in. Use the reset link on the sign-in page; it works even if you never set a password yourself.
